Support
The account buyers reach from the bot’s Support screen, its deposit screens, and
the {support} placeholder in /help. It must be a public @username
people can message directly (5–32 letters, numbers or underscores).

Add as many as you like. The bot must be an admin in each channel/group to verify membership.

When off, the bot & Mini App skip the category screen and list all products.
Button Colors — per individual button
Telegram supports 3 button colors: 🔵 primary, 🟢 success, 🔴 danger (plus default). Set each button independently. For unlimited colors, use the Mini App.
Crypto Gateway
Stars are bought inside Telegram (Apple/Google IAP or @PremiumBot), so buyers need no wallet or exchange — the lowest-friction way to pay. No BotFather setup is needed: Stars work for every bot with no provider token. Telegram takes its platform fee; the rest is withdrawable via Fragment after a 21-day hold.
Cryptomus credentials
Set the webhook URL in Cryptomus to
https://your-domain/api/cryptomus/webhook — the same
payment API key signs it, so no extra secret is needed. Blank fields fall back to
CRYPTOMUS_MERCHANT_ID / CRYPTOMUS_PAYMENT_API_KEY in .env.
Plisio credentials
One key is all Plisio needs — it signs the callback too. Set the callback URL in
Plisio (or leave it to us, we send it with every invoice) to
https://your-domain/api/plisio/callback?json=true.
Keep ?json=true: it makes Plisio sign a JSON body rather than a
PHP-serialised one. Blank falls back to PLISIO_API_KEY in .env.
Marketplace & Escrow
Let approved users open their own shops. Buyers pay into escrow; the money is released to the seller once the inspection window passes, or frozen if the buyer reports a problem.
New shops are held for the longer window until they pass the order threshold — a first-week seller is where fraud lands, and a single flat hold is either too slow for good sellers or too fast to catch a bad one. Manage sellers, disputes and payouts on the Marketplace page.
Image Cards
The bot can lead these screens with a generated card showing the same figures as the text beside it. Switch each place on or off separately.
Preview uses sample data. A long custom message is sent as plain text instead, because Telegram caps a photo caption at 1024 characters.
Mini App
The bot's “Open Mini App” button uses this — no restart needed. Must be https. Also set this same URL + /miniapp as the Mini App URL in @BotFather. Leave blank to use the .env value.
Revenue Recovery
Around 70% of checkouts are abandoned. A Telegram DM is read like an SMS, so a single nudge recovers far more than an email would.
