Paste it anywhere in a message below. It animates for Telegram Premium users and falls back to
the plain character for everyone else.

This is the menu Telegram shows next to the ✏️ box. Descriptions are plain text — animated emoji only render inside message text, not in the command menu. Adding a command here lists it; the bot must already have a handler that answers it.

✨ Icon set
Each icon has a plain character (used everywhere, including buttons) and an optional premium emoji id. Set the id and that icon animates wherever it appears in message text.
